Venice at Night

Once the fog rolls in, it starts to slowly surround you. "How beautiful." I try to explain, but no one listens. We continue walking in silence while I tried to gather the words. The city becomes your playground, there is no one around and you feel as if this isn't real. The moon continues to shine overhead and all I could do was wonder where everyone is. At any moment, someone could appear and ruin it. The streets are lit just enough to see where the sidewalk ends and the canal begins. Venice at night is filled with magic and mystic. Take a chance and wander this city. I promise you too will be left awestruck.

  5. Planning a trip in early June.. Most ppl said to skip it - too crowded, difficult with a baby etc.. But now seeing this, I really wanna go! :)

  6. @ Neha: Try going later in the evening. There is less of a crowd or early afternoon. Those are the best times. Venice is a bit of a maze, but you'll be able to find your way around.
